How do I access On The Board’s videos?
Ensure you are logged in to the website.
If you are logged in your email will appear in the top right hand corner.
To access the whole video library including transcripts, you will need to have an active subscription to On The Board. You can subscribe here.

Why is my video not playing?
Please check you have a valid subscription - you can subscribe here.
Check that you are logged in to On The Board.
Check you have a working internet connection.
If you are still having problems please email contact@ontheboard.org.uk.

I have forgotten my password?
Go to the Login page and click ‘Forgot Password’.
Type in your On The Board account email address and we will send you over a password reset link.

I have forgotten which email address my school has signed up with?
Don’t worry – just get in touch with us at contact@ontheboard.org.uk and we can sort this out for you.
